ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the standards of conduct and prohibited activities applicable to all users of the BE-TRUTH website and Services provided by AXIUM SYSTEMS GROUP LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service at https://be-truth.com/terms-of-service and must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

This AUP applies to: registered users and Site Owners / Operators; End Users interacting with BE-TRUTH plugins on Operator websites; and anyone accessing the BE-TRUTH Website or Services.
2. CORE PRINCIPLES
All users of the Services are expected to act in good faith and with integrity; to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations; to respect the rights of other users, third parties, and the Company; and to contribute to an honest, accurate, and trustworthy rating and review ecosystem. These principles are not aspirational — compliance is a binding condition of access to the Services.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
3.1 Rating and Review Manipulation
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service.
Fake reviews and ratings: submitting, soliciting, or coordinating fake, fraudulent, misleading, or biased ratings or reviews, whether manually or through automated means.
Incentivized reviews: offering, receiving, or soliciting any form of compensation (monetary or otherwise) in exchange for ratings or reviews without explicit and prominent disclosure.
Competitor manipulation: submitting negative ratings or reviews to competitor websites or services for the purpose of causing reputational or competitive harm.
Coordinated campaigns: organizing, directing, or participating in groups of users submitting ratings with the intent to artificially inflate or deflate a website's overall score.
Vote stuffing: creating or using multiple accounts, IP addresses, proxies, VPNs, botnets, or other technical means to submit multiple ratings or interactions for the same content from what appears to be distinct individuals.
Self-rating suppression bypass: any attempt to circumvent the system's prohibition on Site Owners rating their own websites, including through accounts held by associates, employees, or affiliated persons.
3.2 Account and Identity Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, gain additional access, or circumvent account bans or restrictions.
Impersonating any person, company, organization, public figure, or government entity.
Providing false, misleading, or materially inaccurate registration information.
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties or allowing unauthorized parties to access your account.
3.3 Technical Abuse
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Company's systems, networks, administrative interfaces, databases, or other infrastructure.
Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Company's systems or networks without express prior written authorization from the Company.
Introducing, transmitting, or uploading malicious code, viruses, ransomware, trojans, worms, spyware, adware, or any other software designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to interact with the Services in a manner not expressly authorized by the Company.
Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or defeat any security features, access controls, or rate limiting mechanisms of the Services.
Engaging in denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks against the Services or any connected systems.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the Services without the Company's express prior written authorization.
3.4 Prohibited Content
Operators may not use the Services on websites, or in connection with content, that: contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors; promotes, facilitates, or glorifies terrorism, political violence, or mass violence; promotes genocide, ethnic cleansing, or crimes against humanity; contains content that is unlawfully defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inciting violence against any individual or group; facilitates human trafficking, prostitution, or exploitation of vulnerable persons; constitutes illegal spam or unsolicited bulk communications under the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. section 7701 et seq.) or applicable law; or violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
3.5 Intellectual Property Violations
Infringing, misappropriating, or otherwise violating the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or patent rights.
Using the Services to distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit copyrighted content without the right holder's authorization.
Circumventing technological protection measures protecting copyrighted content in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. section 1201.
3.6 Privacy and Data Protection Violations
Using the Services to collect, harvest, store, or process personal data of third parties in violation of applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other applicable privacy regulations.
Using the Services to collect personal data of children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent in violation of COPPA.
Using the Services to build profiles of individuals, to track individuals across websites, or to engage in any form of unauthorized surveillance.
3.7 Financial and Fraudulent Activity
Using the Services in connection with money laundering, fraud, phishing, identity theft, or any other financial crime.
Misrepresenting the nature, quality, or safety of products or services in connection with ratings or reviews.
3.8 AI and Automated Content
Using automated tools, AI-generated content, or scripted bots to submit ratings, reviews, or interactions through the Services without the Company's prior written authorization.
Attempting to manipulate the Company's AI rating algorithms or content integrity filters through adversarial inputs, prompt injection, or other techniques.
4. OPERATOR-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Operators who embed BE-TRUTH plugins on their websites bear responsibility for: ensuring their website complies with this AUP and all applicable law; ensuring visitors to their websites are informed about the presence of BE-TRUTH plugins and any associated data collection through appropriate privacy notices and, where required, cookie consent mechanisms; promptly notifying the Company of any known or suspected misuse of BE-TRUTH plugins on their websites; and taking commercially reasonable steps to prevent their websites or visitors from engaging in activities prohibited by this AUP.
Operators are directly liable for violations of this AUP by their employees, contractors, and agents acting in connection with the Operator's use of the Services.
5. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES
The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to investigate any actual or suspected violation of this AUP and to take any action the Company deems appropriate, including, without limitation: issuing a warning; temporarily suspending access to the Services; permanently terminating the account and all associated data; removing, deleting, or suppressing any content, rating, review, or data that violates this AUP; reporting the conduct to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursuing civil legal remedies for damages, injunctive relief, or other equitable remedies.
The Company's exercise of any enforcement action does not constitute a waiver of other available remedies. Violations of this AUP may also constitute violations of applicable criminal law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S.C. section 1030, and may expose violators to criminal prosecution.
No Refund for AUP Violations. Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated for violation of this AUP are not entitled to any refund of subscription fees paid. This consequence is in addition to any other remedies available to the Company.
6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you become aware of a suspected violation of this AUP, including fake rating campaigns, abuse of the Services, or illegal content associated with any Operator's use of BE-TRUTH plugins, please report it to hello@be-truth.com with the subject line "AUP Violation Report."
The Company will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action. The Company cannot guarantee that every reported violation will result in enforcement action or that specific enforcement actions will be disclosed to the reporting party.
7. CHANGES TO THIS AUP
The Company reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, technological developments, or evolving standards of online conduct. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this AUP and, where appropriate, by notifying registered users by email. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
